Precauciones post-operatorias prótesis

En post-operatorio, la reeducación, cuando está indicada, se inicia al día siguiente, con movilización de la articulación para luchar contra la anquilosis. Normalmente, la reeducación se continúa varias semanas en el centro y luego en el domicilio del paciente. En caso de cirugía protésica, es necesario realizar un control radiológico post-operatorio para detectar un eventual desellamiento.

Independientemente de la localización, la cirugía ortopédica es una cirugía delicada que conlleva numerosas complicaciones. Su indicación en el tratamiento de la osteoartritis debe reflexionarse con mucha calma.
