These movements are designed to maintain and strengthen the muscles for the sections we have looked at (cervical spine, hip, knee, etc.) and also for the mobility and flexibility of these joints.These two components (muscular strength and flexibility) are essential for the preventive treatment of painful osteoarthritic flare-ups.
They are not exercises to develop muscle mass. These exercises should be done outside of painful flare-ups.
