Cervical osteoarthritis

clinical examination arthrose cervical osteoarthritis

It appears as isolated neck pain which is chronic and exacerbated by mobilisation of the neck.  There is also a reduction in mobility. Cervico-brachial neuralgia and/or occipital-cervico-brachial neuralgia may be associated with it.

One must always eliminate secondary neck pain before talking about cervical osteoarthritis.
